Refund policy
How do I makes changes or cancel an order?
Please email customerservice@blissfulwinx.com to request cancellations. We strive to send packages out as soon as possible or within two business days. If the order has been shipped, we kindly ask you to send back the unopened package for a refund.
How do I get a refund?
Our return policy is 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@blissfulwinx.com.
We will notify you by email once we have received, inspected approved your refund. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method and to the person on the original order invoice. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
How do I return a defective, damaged or wrong item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at customerservice@blissfulwinx.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us a picture of the damaged product, your name and invoice number. Please let us know if you're requesting a refund or an exchange.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
All sales are final if the product has been opened except for when an item is defective.
How do I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refuse Packages
In the case of refused packages, the shipping fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund.
Lost or stolen packages
Please contact the postal company from your tracking information to process a claim. Please send the claim number to customerservice@blissfulwinx.com with your name and invoice number. We will investigate the issue and work on a solution as quickly as possible.
Which currency are my orders processed in?
Orders are processed in Canadian Dollars, but we offer a currency converter option for your convenience.
